Last week, the founding members of the Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable met to practice what they preach – to roundtable ideas and cases. We shared our recent successes with each other and continued to push the cutting edge in how to maximize not only the financial results of truck crash cases, but also the safety impact.
It’s one of the things I love about this group of lawyers. We each want not only great results for our clients, but we also want to improve highway safety with each case.
After briefing each other on new strategies, we buckled down to analyze a few of our current cases. What a tremendous thing it is to get the unique insights of each of these record-setting lawyers focused on a single case. Magic happens. If I can brag for a minute, it is no wonder why we keep getting record results around the country in truck accident cases.
This is an exciting way to practice law. It feels right working together for the best possible results. It is like nothing else out there in the country.
The Truth About Truck Accident Cases
Now, if I could let the world know the truth. Most lawyers who advertise that they are truck accident specialists are not. Most lawyers with websites suggesting they have all kinds of experience in handling truck crash cases really don’t. You can be just about anything you want to be on a website.
Handling truck accident cases properly takes special knowledge and experience. These cases are not glorified car wreck cases and should not be handled as if they are. There is nothing more frustrating to me that to see victims sold down the river by lawyers who are not what they promised or advertised themselves to be.
How is a victim of a truck accident supposed to know who is the real deal and who is the imposter? That is one of the reason the Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable was formed. This is not an advertising gimmick. The lawyers in this group are simply the top lawyers in America with proven track records of success in handling actual truck crash litigation. These are the lawyers who wrote the books on handling truck accident cases and who teach and lecture around the country to lawyers about how to properly handle these cases.
And to top it off, each of these lawyers is a great human being. They care about people and they care about doing right in the world. It is about money, but it is not all about money.
If you can’t tell, I am super proud of the lawyers of the Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable.
