    Discussions at Breakfast Workshop Seminar

“For the last 10 years, Fried Goldberg has been hosting a breakfast workshop to promote the profession coming together to support each other and to provide an opportunity for Plaintiff’s lawyers who have obtained recent verdicts to teach others about what works at trial.

We enjoy hearing about and learning from the experiences of others, and there is nothing better than doing it with fresh coffee and a Chick-fil-A biscuit. Or two. Or three. We hope to see you at the next breakfast workshop!”

    Fried Goldberg Breakfast Workshops FAQs

    What is the Breakfast Workshop?

Fried Goldberg hosts a complimentary breakfast workshop/seminar every 45 days. We invite plaintiff’s lawyers who have obtained recent verdicts to speak as well as physicians and experienced lawyers to speak on medical and legal issues.

What is the aim of the Breakfast Workshop?

The aim of the workshop is to provide attendees with focused, in-depth discussions on successful verdicts. At the workshops, plaintiff’s attorneys discuss their case strategies, highlights, and tips. This helps to educate attendees on what they can do to improve their practice, and also allows attorneys to showcase their successes.

Who can attend the Breakfast Workshops?

The Breakfast Workshops are open to all plaintiff’s counsel and associated personnel. By filling out the workshop registration form, attendees certify under oath they do not represent any insurance defense clients and will not share the materials with anyone who represents insurance defense clients.

What are some examples of previous speakers and topics?

Previous Breakfast Workshop guest speakers and topics have included:

    • Bill Stone, Ryals Stone, and James Stone – $26.1 million jury verdict in a DUI accident case in Blakely, Georgia
    • Lee Gutschenritter on his recent $5 million verdict against a hospital

“I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this firm. The educational breakfasts, seminars, and email blasts sent to assist other lawyers in the industry are second to none. I have learned so much from this firm simply by attending their breakfast meetings where you learn what worked and what didn’t work in some of the most recent high-profile injury trials. They have made me a better practicing attorney and for this, I will always be grateful.”

“Fried Goldberg LLC continuously provides value to the legal community here in Georgia. Specifically, they host monthly breakfast meetings to give attorneys who have received recent successful verdicts an opportunity to speak about the intricacies of their cases, what worked and what didn’t. These meetings not only provide tremendous insight for us as Plaintiff’s attorneys in prosecuting our own cases but also are equally as motivating and inspiring to go be great. Overall, an excellent resource for the continually evolving practice of civil law.”
