We are proud to announce that Brian Mohs of Fried Goldberg LLC has successfully achieved Board Certification as a Truck Accident Law advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). There are less than 50 board certified lawyers in the entire country in Truck Accident Law.
The NBTA was formed out of a strong conviction that both the law profession and its clients would benefit from an organization designed specifically to create an objective set of standards illustrating an attorney’s experience and expertise in the practice of trial law. There are now 47 “board certified” Truck Accident Attorneys in the United States who are also members of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA).
“As someone who is passionate about representing individuals injured in truck wrecks and holding noncompliant motor carriers accountable for the harms they cause on our country’s roadways, I am so proud and honored to join the ranks of attorneys who are board certified in truck accident law by the NBTA. I would not be the attorney I am today without the mentorship and partnership of Joe Fried. It is so exciting to get to work with such a great team for such a great cause every day.” – Brian Mohs
Board certification requires passing a rigorous vetting process and a six-hour examination. The vetting process examines a lawyer’s actual experience handling truck crash cases as well as his or her reputation for excellence. Only top tier lawyers with extensive experience specific to handling truck crash cases will pass the vetting process. The six-hour board certification examination is essentially a bar exam specific to truck accident lawyering.
