Dan is a trial lawyer at Fried Goldberg LLC devoted to helping people who have been seriously injured and families who have lost a loved one due to the negligence of another. He focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases against trucking companies, their drivers, and their insurers. Dan has successfully litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts since 2010. He has consistently been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star (2017 to present).
Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a partner at one of Georgia’s largest litigation defense firms where he represented trucking companies, insurance companies, and other corporations in lawsuits stemming from motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, and premises liability claims. He spent 12 years as a trucking defense attorney.
Dan obtained his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Dan was a captain of the AAJ Trial Team, a member of Moot Court, and the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Wake Forest Robert Goldberg Award for Trial Advocacy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Butler University.
Dan is committed to serving his community. He recently graduated from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta program after 12 years mentoring his Little Brother from first grade through his high school graduation and admission into the United States Marine Corps.
