About Our Firm
Our attorneys are known for trucking litigation nationwide
When people are injured in truck accidents caused by negligence of the trucking company, they deserve financial compensation. But the trucking companies and their insurance carriers have the advantage and won’t hesitate to use it. Getting them to do the right thing can be a very long and very complicated process.
That’s why Fried Goldberg LLC has focused our practice on trucking litigation. We understand the complexities of truck accident cases, because we’ve studied every aspect of them. Our attorneys are well-versed in industry regulations, accident reconstruction, crash dynamics, and evidence gathering. We’ve developed effective case strategies and techniques.
Since 2008, our firm has litigated hundreds of truck accident cases in federal and state courts and have obtained multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements.
Our goals are to:
- recover the compensation our clients need so they recover from their injuries as much as possible and get their lives back on track
- hold negligent drivers and trucking companies accountable for the preventable mistakes they made
- push for change in the industry to help prevent these types of accidents from happening in the future.
Our lawyers are admitted to practice in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and New York, and we work on cases throughout the United States.

We frequently work with other attorneys
Our firm believes that it’s important to share our knowledge of trucking litigation with other lawyers. Our attorneys are frequent speakers at legal seminars across the country. We also conduct our own seminars, including a Litigation Skills Clinic approved for CLE credit that takes place each fall. We host an Annual Trucking Symposium that is also approved for CLE credit. In addition, we hold regular breakfast workshops and other events for lawyers.
Our book, Understanding Motor Carrier Claims, now in its seventh edition, guides attorneys through the complexities and unique aspects of trucking litigation. This book is complimentary for other plaintiff’s attorneys.
We frequently collaborate with other firms on truck accident cases and have served as co-counsel with other lawyers across the nation.
